• Respond promptly to requests for feedback and revisions to avoid project delays.​

• Pricing and payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the project proposal.​

• Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule before work begins.​

• Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.​

• ExplAnimations reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.​

5. Revisions and Changes​​

• We offer 2–4 rounds of revisions based on the package you choose.​

• Revision requests must be within the project scope. Additional revisions or changes beyond scope may incur extra fees.​

• Major script rewrites or changes in project direction after production has started will be treated as a new project or subject to additional costs.​

6. Ownership and Copyright​​

• Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final video.​

• We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.​

7. Confidentiality​​

We respect your privacy. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared with us during the project will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.​

8. Money-Back Guarantee Policy​

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our Money-Back Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: If you are dissatisfied with the final video, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery by emailing explanimations@gmail.com.​

• Feedback Requirement: To qualify, you must provide feedback on the initial draft within 7 days of receipt so we can address concerns.​

• Refund Denial Conditions: Refund requests may be denied in the following cases:

  • The final video has already been approved.

  • You requested significant custom modifications beyond the original scope.

  • You did not provide timely feedback within the 7-day window.​

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.​

9. Limitation of Liability​​​

• While we strive to provide high-quality services, ExplAnimations is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.​

• We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures, force majeure events) may cause delays.​

• Either party may terminate a project if the other party fails to meet agreed-upon obligations.​

• If a project is terminated after work has started, the client may be billed for completed work.
